Registered Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapy supports the assessment and treatment of soft tissue and joint dysfunction, as well as the management of pain, tension, and stress-related patterns in the body.

My work focuses on how the body adapts to strain, injury, and prolonged stress
—often held within the fascial system, nervous system, and movement patterns.

Clinical Focus & Development

Since becoming an RMT in 2013, I have pursued continuing education in fascial work, visceral techniques, and craniosacral/fascial
informed approaches. This ongoing study supports a systems-based understanding of how interconnected structures influence
pain, mobility, and recovery.

Treatment is guided by your individual presentation and the clinical insights developed during your evaluation.

Approach to Care

Each treatment is individualized and based on assessment, clinical reasoning, and client goals.

Care is provided in accordance with professional standards set by the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC.

Treatment is always adapted to comfort level, capacity, and therapeutic need.

My intention is to provide grounded, attentive care that supports the body’s natural ability to reorganize and recover.
