Service Description

Integrative Sessions are a spiritually guided process that brings attention to both physical awareness and inner experience, supporting insight, regulation, and reconnection.

Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to reserve your session. 2 days before your session, you will receive a gentle reminder of your scheduled time along with the remaining balance due. Cancellations or rescheduling requests require 24 hours’ notice; less than or missed appointments are non-refundable. Thank you for honouring the time, energy and preparation held for each session.
